PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

We now offer Preventive Maintenance Contracts On all our Equipment.

A Preventive Maintenance Contract provides one of our trained Service Technicians at your facility and the frequency you desire (once or twice a year is typical) who will inspect, clean and calibrate your equipment – restoring it to normal working order. Wearable parts such as the strobes and traverse belts are replaced, insuring consistent image quality and color fidelity, and continued reliability. We also provide operator refresher training during this service, ideal for new employees.

Because we have so many systems installed across North and Latin America, we can offer this service at surprisingly affordable rates.

No matter where you are in the world, our optional Remote Maintenance Service guarantees a fast and economical solution. Experienced system specialists are waiting to ensure that your inspection system is running trouble-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need do is provide an analog phone line to the PREMIUS digital 3 Chip operating desk.
Once logged into your system, our specialists can diagnose and trouble shoot problems, perform routine maintenance, install software upgrades and even identify operator error. Most problems can be effectively solved online.

The PREMIUS digital 3 Chip Remote Maintenance option means
